I will summarize that I left 24 minutes later with MY BRAND NEW BECU ACCOUNT AND MY BRAND NEW DEBIT CARD IN HAND!!!! I am done with banks Dope ass(opus) bank lost our family business banking permanently after "Accidentally" draining my minor daughters bank account that had been "grandfathered" from cascade bank. They are not just idiots at dOpus bank THEY ARE GREEDY. NEVER AGAIN !!! BECU forever!! Plus BECU still knows and practices that rare art form of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
